Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for generating leads and driving business growth? BadaiSphere Technologies, a leading IT solutions provider based in India, is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and expand our presence in the AMER region.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Schedule and conduct introductory meetings with prospects to understand their needs.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Knowledge of the AMER market is a plus.
